ADX - Viva! Las Vegas

Did you know that this month's cartoon is about a real dance studio?

Amanda's Dance Express or ADX is located in Grand Praire, Texas. Owned and operated for the past eighteen years by Amanda Adams Hunt, the studio has trained hundreds of students over the years. Studio students are active in local drill, dance, and cheer teams and often participate in community theatre. Booker T. Washington HS for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas counts among their alumni and current student body dancers trained at ADX. ADX students have gone on to attend prestigious collegiate modern dance programs at Point Park University, University of Utah, UNT, Kilgore State College, and Sam Houston State; many with dance scholarships.

In addition to beginner/intermediate classes in jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, ballet folklorico, and tumbling for dancers ages three through adult, ADX supports four performing dance companies; xtremeDancers, FIRE!, Images Contemporary Dance Company, and Aguilas Azteca Ballet Folklorico.

Come out on Saturday, June 12th 2:30 pm and join the ADX family for their annual, FREE, spring concert, Viva! Las Vegas at the Fielder Road Baptist Church Auditorium in Artlington, TX and cheer on their hardworking and talented dancers.
